Add translation for Korean #1218

Problem

There is no Korean translation.

Solution

Add .po file for Korean.
I'm not sure this is right way to contribute.
If there is a problem, please let me know.

@jinmay Thanks for great contribution. I'm not sure if '행' and '열' are confused in translation.

Seems like '행' should be '열' for those links.
