This updates makes twig-commented-include incompatible with old twig < 2

@djboris88 Any thoughts on when this may get merged? I'm running in to issues with Timber V2 + timber-commented-include because of this. Thanks! |

Checked compatibility with Twig 2 and 3, but only tested with 3.x
Also tested with rcrowe/TwigBridge for Laravel.
