On Windows when specifying --arch=x86_mscoff the environment variable DUB_ARCH is set to x86 x86_mscoff. I think the DUB_ARCH environment variable should always evaluate to a value that can be specified for the --arch flag. This allows to use DUB_ARCH for pre build commands.
