Community help (free)

If you do not know how to do something, or you have a problem that you cannot solve, you can ask questions and get free help from the TYPO3 community in the TYPO3 Slack group (there is a dedicated #realurl channel).

Support questions in the bug tracker are not allowed and will be closed without answers.

Direct help from the author of RealURL (paid)

If you require help with your case directly from the author of RealURL, it is available for payment. Paid support is offered to EU or Swiss companies only (no private persons due to complicated EU laws on B2C taxes across countries). Minimum charge of 100€ but you need to contact me with a good description of your task for a quote. Payment method is bank transfer, EUR only (even for Swiss companies)! For EU companies I will provide a reverse VAT invoice from a EU company based in Latvia. Swiss companies get a "no VAT" invoice because VAT is not charged across EU borders.
