It would be handy to be able to have an option to use a custom container when necessary.

Add option to specify an image #11

Added -s --specify-image option to take Docker image to use instead of
the one worked out by dexec.
The image 'dexec/' applied to images is now stored in the map.

Added -s --specify-image option to take Docker image to use instead of
