  • Parametrize SQL Server installation script, add handling of MSSQL_COLLATION
  • Reuse PHP 7.4 sqlsrv and pdo_sqlsrv builds for case-sensitive collation testing
  • Reuse MySQL 8 build for TLS testing

Build #722522874 made with reverted 78547c7 shows that the configuration is still effective.
