Work to improve Lumina during work on project rainbow!

This includes:

changing the mechanism that loads a Core ML model to specify a model on a recognition instance and an accompanying string label
use of the IBM Plex Sans font (fixes Update to IBM Plex Font #78 )
changed class to open access control to allow subclassing into UINavigationController and UITabBarController
only asks for microphone permissions if recordsVideo is set to true and microphone permissions have not previously been granted
torch and switch buttons moved down to accommodate for iPhone X (fixes Iphone X support #71 )
