Normalizes most variable names within the last SI source files, SI.h and SI.cpp. This drops prefixed underscores and changes
g_tos_on variables that are linked internally at file scope.I didn't touch the capitalized members of some structs, as they map directly to YAGCD's SI documentation documentation and wasn't sure on preferences regarding that.
