Clamping the values of specularIrradiance fixes the black wet surfaces on AMD cards.

Try using max(0, specularIrradiance * (S * specularBRDF.x + specularBRDF.y)) instead

Updated and verified in game. Even though it's minor, this change should cut the perf cost by half?
