Describe the bug

When you try to open a task workflow item while you are login as a limited user chris@dotcms.com:chris and try to edit or load a workflow task doesn't load.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure you have license
  2. Remove the "Content" portlet from the "Publisher / Legal" role
  3. Login as a limited user: chris@dotcms.com:chris
  4. Go to Home > Task > click any
  5. Check the console to see the error

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Open the task workflow on limited user
  2. Work in all the supported browsers (don't forget IE11 and iPad)
  3. Multilanguage
  4. Unit test
