Enhancement: Site or Folder Fields should support a default Site/Folder

To help Webmaster get their users to save certain types of files, documents, images, videos... etc, in certain directories, we should support an optional site or folder default when adding the "Site or Folder" field to a content type.

Of course this field would still respect permissions and NOT display as populated if the limited user does not have permissions to the default folder - then everything should continue to work as it currently does for that limited user.
