Change Default Sort of Task Comments

Some content that is assigned as a task can have many comments attached to them. It can become cumbersome so find the most recent comments since the sort is defaulted to a oldest-newest order

Please change the default sorting of comments for a content task within the task detail screen to be from newest-oldest
Describe alternatives you've considered

Create a sort feature so users can wish to sort comments how it is best for them.

Fixed here #25729 now comments are newest to oldest.
