Problem Statement

I have a site running master that I used to generate a starter.zip. I then try to import this starter into another site running master and it fails to import/index the blog content type with the following errors:

Here is the starter that is failing to import:

The starter gernation got affected by a change introduced here #23452
the new custom serializers would cause porblems. The change is getting reverted

Really that change was not the cause, so we are not reverting it
