Permissions to edit Vanity URLs is only possible by editing a host and going to the permissions tab.

The needed checkbox to set this permission isn't present on the permissions tab for users or roles. The column Vanity URL is present on these tabs but no checkbox is provided (in the case of editing host permissions) for those screens.

This makes it easy to miss if this setting isn't properly configured for a user or role. This functionality should be present in the permission tabs for user and role management (in the case of a host) as these screens are used for centrally managing permissions.
