How to optimize the loading javascript files in the admin panel? #8395

The admin panel loades a large number of javascript files. I think it slows down the admin panel. It would be best if these files are loaded asynchronously. Maybe It would be nice if the files have been combined into one large file to load the admin panel faster?

I believe this is much improved in 4.1 and future versions.
