It would be really useful to see the JsonRPC requests and responses being sent and received when using the dm client binary.

I propose a --verbose similar to that of curl that will print to stdout the contents of RPC requests and RPC responses being sent by the dm client.

This can be added as a global persistantFlag in the same way as the config flag.
