How can I have the localisation set based on the ccTLD (country-specific top level domain).
For example, a single web app that serves pages like mysite.com.au/foo/bar, mysite.co.uk/foo/bar etc

You remind me with an old issue that I posted in the localization repo here

@andrewlock wrote a nice blog post which is cover this form domain.com/en-au/default.aspx, but TLD is quite similar if the above post don't give you want, please let me know, perhaps I will write a new blog post for DomainRequestCultureProvider

@Rick-Anderson I don't think there's a reason to make this open
