What's the reasoning for this vs. azdo pipelines? FYI the eng team is not supporting github actions for the .NET 5 release. |

@mmitche it was just easier to get this set up (passing the secret around etc). This repo isn't meant to stay around for very long after May once blazor-wasm ships. However, if you think it's problematic for an action to be hosted in a dotnet repo, I can run it from a different repo. |
