.NET framework -> .NET Framework #16508

I would keep "the" in front of ".NET Framework" except where ".NET Framework" is followed by a version number.
There was a discussion about this on Teams in October, and the consensus was to remove it when referring to .NET Framework (as well as .NET Core and .NET Standard). However, in some of the edits in this PR, I think "the .NET Framework" should just be replaced with ".NET". |
