Specifying key container signing using the AssemblyKeyName attribute on Linux does not result in a diagnostic #25473

Signing using Windows key containers is not supported on non-Windows platforms, but if AssemblyKeyName is specified in source, as opposed to passing -keycontainer on the command line, the signing doesn't work, but no diagnostic is provided to the user warning them of this.
