Add Option to Set Large Address Aware Flag [Feature Request]

Please add an option to set the Large Address Aware flag for 32-bit programs so they can use 4 GiB of virtual memory on 64-bit versions of Windows.

This is needed for several programs, including MSBuild which now uses an outside NuGet package.

This should be a part of the compiler itself.
