Stop including
version.cppinhostcommon. It is only used byhostpolicy.As an aside, I think there's also something weird/messed up related to
libhostcommonand incremental build. I haven't managed to sort out how/why it happens, but I have hit situations on Windows wherehostfxr/hostpolicytrigger control guard failures when they were not from a clean build.
