The MacOS x64 failures look related to large dumps being generated since Regions reserve 256gb of memory. CI machines dont seem to have the right config to generate smaller dumps leading to disk space issues.

This PR would need to wait for coredumps to be enabled on MacOS to reduce the failures. This issue is tracking that change: #65422
