Subcell shock capturing, CFL, and linesearch. #40

Add robustness to the flow solver.

Test fails since subcell shock capturing is not implemented yet.
Laplace based artificial dissipation.

This is added to the base class since it really is independent on the
Physics. If a more physical model is required, it can be overriden.

Also forgot to add the test case files from previous commit.
Still need to include the artificial dissipative flux in the auxiliary.
Compiles and runs. However the discontinuity sensor is clearly wrong by
looking at the distribution of the artificial dissipation coefficient
for an Euler (cylinder or bump) test case.
Backtracking linesearch that only rejects when the residual is invalid.
Otherwise, the CFL grows if no rejection occured and reduces if the
previous timestep resulted in an invalid residual.
