One word before we start. If you need a new feature in Mig#, you have three options:

• Wait until me or somebody else needs and thus implements the feature.
• Implement it yourself and issue a pull request respecting all the code quality standards such as having unit/integration tests covering the new feature.
• Donate (see below) an amount to this project that represents an appropriate value exchange to cover the costs of me implementing it.
