I help run a daily session on Drawpile, and a frequent issue we face is trolls coming in to grief people's work; We've tried to fix this by setting up the session to automatically lock new users after seeing another session do the same, but for some reason "Lock New Users" doesn't save after a manual or automatic session reset. Is this being worked on at all?

We had a similar issue like this where locked features got unlocked. Somehow that fix missed this.

Can manually confirm that all check boxes retain their pre-reset state except "Lock new users." Checked all boxes and manually reset.

If trolls are a problem, you may want to find a server that automatically resets. My servers (syntheticdream.net and syntheticdreams.net) automatically reset at 14 mb.

The only other option I know of is active moderation; ban troll users. Drawpile.net doesn't allow guest login, as far as I know (I could be wrong), so ban a username, they can't re-enter. It's an inconvenience, and a definite bug. I tried to find a way around it to no avail.

I think this one should be fixed in the upcoming 2.1 version.
