Update example and wiki on how to conduct participant-level inference only. I.e. no hierarchical group-level parameters.

This is now done. Have added a wiki page to explain, and there is an example in the SCRIPT.m demo

Note, that if you are using this in anger, then you will want to have a closer look at the priors. I have used sensible guesstimates, but you may wish to tailor them for your particular needs. Currently this is done in the JAGS model file seperateME.txt.
