Whether the Zheln Review Appraisal Step 2 is completed onsite, or on PubMed, or using other methods.

This needs to be decided upon & noted in the Zheln methods repo at https://p1m.org/ssb.

@pvzhelnov pvzhelnov created this issue from a note in Streamline Zheln (To do) Sep 14, 2020

I decided to review records directly in the Zheln format as for that, I require:

  • (a) clickable links to quickly open record abstracts or full texts
  • (b) clickable checkboxes to set steps completetion, tags, and categories
  • (c) one-click switch between records to quickly move to the next records
  • (d) text fields to enter the post title & some appraisal text if ready at this point

Of these, (a), (c), and (d) are already available from my bash-generated Markdown posts when viewed with VS Code, while (b) is also readily available if enable GitHub-Flavored Markdown with the Markdown Preview Enhanced Extension.

Therefore, only some intermediary bash processing is required to create an editable version of the posts first & to convert them into posts for publication eventually.

So I’m working on the bash scripts currently.

Here’s a sample editable version of a post (draft):

Title:

  • awaiting crowdfunding
  • appraisal in progress

Zhelnov P. A critical appraisal of ‘Pignatti M, Pinto V, Giorgini FA, Lozano Miralles ME, D'Arpa S, Cipriani R, De Santis G. • Step 2: Title; Abstract Irrelevant
  • Step 2: Abstract Though Not Title
  • Step 2: Neither Title Nor Abstract
  • Step 3: Full Text Collected
  • Step 3: Full Text Unavailable
  • Step 3: Other Reports Collected
  • Step 4: Generates Pragmatic Evidence

So after I’ve finished with #17, will have to write all up in the methods repo; then the issue could be closed.

pvzhelnov added a commit to p1m-ortho/qs-global-ortho-search-queries that referenced this issue Sep 23, 2020
Going to write up methods heavily
as part of resolving this issue:

drzhelnov/zheln.github.io#7

So continuing to support the bilingual
version, is considerable perceived burden.

Therefore, split README by language
and archived the Russian one.
-----

Incidentally, closes these two issues:

drzhelnov/zheln.github.io#17

drzhelnov/zheln.github.io#7

Will surely elaborate more on all of that;
however, I will do that in a more elective
manner as part of the protocol production:

drzhelnov/zheln.github.io#21
