NodeHandlers - Don't do .getChildren() unless the internal _children property exists #307

Basically, first check if the internal _children (or whatever it's called) property exists... if so then use .forEachChild and if not then use .getChildren().

This will help to not create the _children nodes (tokens) as much. This relates to #281.
