Est-ce qu'on l'applique à toutes les décisions justement ?
Je ne pourrais pas citer d'exemple précis mais j'avais l'impression qu'on attendait que tout le monde (OK on est 3) dise oui pour procéder.
Pour des décisions du quotidien, on attend que tout le monde émette un avis. Le fait que quelqu'un soit en désaccord aboutit à "on n'y va pas".

Issu de quelques discussions avec plusieurs personnes, il semblerait que notre mode de décision soit plutôt au consentement qu'au consensus.
Je propose donc le changement associé.
