line and revision_series tests finish with errors:
revision_series:

test_input = './intermed_files/revision_series.points1', expected = True
E           AttributeError: 'RevisionSeries' object has no attribute 'line_logger'

line:
E FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './intermed_files/nan.points1'
