I think the internal code that runs for Safari should just work here as well?

As long as the CSS injects and applies .ddg-extension-hide on install, I think it should work.

@bsstoner The extension does inject CSS and applies the hiding of .ddg-extension-hide on install so I am pretty sure this will work as expected.

The only thing I am curious about is the pixel that used to be sent but I guess that will happen on DuckDuckGo.com's side.
