Additions to the BigHuge plugin.

In response to an email from @moollaza, this branch has the added feature: if a synonyms search results in less than 10 terms, it will also try to include similar and related terms as well.

@lactose thanks a lot for adding in the functionality I mentioned -- unfortunately I'm having a problem applying your pull request (I use git am on the patch) I think it might be because this pull request still has all the original commits you made to synonyms etc. I think you might need to run a git rebase so I can easily bring in your changes.

Have a look at this and see if it works (I'd try it on a branch first so you don't mess up your code), otherwise I'd say make a branch on your end, pull the newest code and try re-applying your most recent changes and only commit/push those.

Let me know if that makes sense, I'll check if there is another/better way of doing this
