Formatting of code with a pipe and a lambda expression

I find it visually a bit hard to comprehend and weird that the following code:

let prefetchImages =
    [ playerOImage; playerXImage ]
    |> List.map (fun img -> link [ Rel "prefetch"; Href img ])

gets formatted as following:

let prefetchImages =
    [ playerOImage; playerXImage ] |> List.map (fun img ->
                                          link [ Rel "prefetch"
                                                 Href img ])
