Proof of Concept release

This release is to be considered as the first proof-of-concept of uCoin software.

Features

• Create a new currency, with a new blockchain
• Write into the blockchain to integrate new data (members, certifications, transactions)
• Make a first network of nodes writing a common blockchain
• Sync a new node with an existing blockchain

Not included in this release

• Synchronize the list of known peers from an existing peer of the network
• Handle blockchain branching (i.e. handling multiple blockchains for a same currency)
