Fixing download links, adding GLOB

Download links were broken if you generated wget list, that is fixed now, hopefully.
Also thanks to contribution, now you can filter files by glob patterns.

Python 3.12 + Zenodo API change (reverted)

Zenodo API has been reverted, this is a release to handle both formats.

• Zenodo changed API, some keys had to be updated
• Python 3.12 support
• access token support for private repositories

Update to python 3.6-3.8

This update drops support for python2 releases, and and python 3.7-3.8 support.
Also the toolchain is modernized.
