iTerm2 Settings

com.googlecode.iterm2.plist

Export/Import Settings: Preferences / General

• Load preferences from a custom folder or Url
• Browse to this directory
• Save Current Settings to Folder to save

Zsh Settings

Setup configuration directory

Requires:

• zsh installed
• Default shell set to use zsh. On Mac, go to Users & Groups, right-click on user and go to Advanced options and set the shell path to homebrew's zsh path
• ZDOTDIR to be set in .zshenv (to zsh directory)
• Set which modules to use in .zshenv

ZDOTDIR=$HOME/config/zsh
ZSCRIPTS=$HOME/config/shell_scripts

# If using Apple Silicon, uncomment
# export HAS_ARM_CPU=true

# Setting to false does not have any affect. Need to comment out for false
export HAS_GIT=true

Emacs Config

• Install Emacs
• Create symbolic link for .emacs.d to emacs directory
