Where should a question be raised if it doesn't really belong in any specific repo?
Would this be the correct repo to post it?
I think it would be helpful to maybe suggest that - if their issue isn't repo specific - this is a place where such questions can be raised...?

Or has that purposefully not been mentioned in the README because it might 'encourage' people to ask all their questions here?

@mk4111 That's a really good question! We should definitely have a place for this kind of thing (I'm thinking https://github.com/dwyl/start-here might be appropriate for some, but I can't think of any examples really).

Can you give us a couple of examples?

Hi @iteles !

I guess questions like:

  • I want to learn about xyz and there doesn't seem to be a repo on this; can I open one and get cracking?
  • I know that I should go to (this repo)[https://github.com/dwyl/contributing] to find out about contributing and (this repo)[https://github.com/dwyl/start-here] to find out more about dwyl, their beliefs, ideas and stack, but is there somewhere I can go to find out about what other 'main' repos you have?

These are the questions I have off the top of my head... Will update if I can think of more! :D
