Add ascii art for Lubuntu - Xubuntu

Description

Always displays default ubuntu ascii art when run on machines with these OS.

Feel free to delete if already present.

In fact, both distros have their art in the neofetch source code. The only issue I see is that it is not easy (I did not say impossible, I said not easy, this was important) for neofetch to distinguish these distros to print the proper art since they are simply Ubuntu but running different desktop environments. So I guess you need to edit the config file manually. You should edit the line that says "ascii_distro="
