Docker image has a read only filesystem
Moved from FACT-extractor to patool in P05 and improved detection in P02
With -C it is possible to autmatically extract and test docker containers
Probably the read-only docker image will break something I have not tested.
Warning: With this PR we are going to switch to read only root filesystem in our docker environment.
