What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)

What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)

If the firmware to test is a directory EMBA is crashing on found log directory

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? If possible add a screenshot.

no crash but also not able to restart firmware tests of firmware directories
