EMBA and EMBArk not supporting docker v7 with API v2

  • What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? If possible add a screenshot.

should be automatically checked which docker compose to use

  • Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)

Old versions are running with original docker-support, new versions should automatically switch to docker support
