What e107 version are you using?

Latest Github version (just updated)

Bug description

The Twitter icon needs to be replaced by the "X" icon, and the options need to be improved to support TIkTok and DIscord.

How to reproduce

  1. Go to /e107_plugins/social/admin_config.php
  2. Populate some fields and save.
  3. With the bootstrap3 theme installed, via the footer of the home page.

Expected behavior

New icons and extra fields.
