Don't know what I did differently this time; but I just tried again a few minutes ago. and the return was now:
"Awaiting Approval
Your developer account is now awaiting approval. Please try again in 24 hours."

I was able to log in, but upload had an issue. Got invalid page while trying to upload an converted e107 theme that I put in a zip file.

Just activated you @nlstart. It should be working now. There was a problem with e_REQUEST_SELF which has been fixed in the core.

works properly for me: I can login with my Github account without problems. Did not test the actual upload yet, simply because I don't have any v2 plugin yet.

Tried to upload a theme today and got a blank step up page - not fully blank, shows the navbar etc - http://e107.org/developers/?mode=upload&step=2

e107 Debugger tool list this: e_URL in addons with key: 1 matched ^developers/?(.*)$ and included: e107_plugins/addons/addons.php with $_GET:

Just tested and it works. Did you get to the confirmation page? (showing the contents of theme.xml)
Perhaps check that your theme.xml is valid xml ?

@Jimmi08 the format x.x.x is not supported. You'll need to rename your version to 2.2

Is there a specific reason for this? The x.x.x versioning scheme is fairly standard.
