5.46-1 with patches to work on RPI3

This release includes a patch to enable the default chipset bcm43xx to load from the default location /lib/firmware as well as NOT set speed before uploading the firmware file.
And a delay before resetting.

Those 3 changes enable bluez to work from boot up properly.
