)The snapshotting service of VideoLAN for x264 halted in September, now they just direct you to the repo at https://code.videolan.org/videolan/x264/ . I've used the last snapshot for this PR (since the release date for FFmpeg was the same month anyway), but for the next build we'll need to use the repo.
