Depends on easybuilders/easybuild-easyblocks#210.

Someone from @hpcleuven mentioned that a dependency is missing here: Glib, so this needs to be checked again.

There's a dependency on GLib which is not necessarily installed on compute nodes. I'd also suggest to specify the configuration option that selects the compiler here, rather than in the Qt easyblock.

added GLib dependency to Qt, with easyconfig stolen from #400, and GLib dependencies gettext and libffi (update) borrowed from #330

Qt build works, unit tests work and easybuilders/easybuild-easyblocks#210 is already merged, so merging this in
