Button: clicking on the component does hot hold the clicked state in Firefox

ebay-button secondary, small and large -in firefox clicking on the item does hot hold the blue - selected layout

once the button is clicked it is expected to hold the clicked state of the component. but the state is released.

the blue outline goes away.

I am not seeing any obvious issue in Firefox on Windows or Mac in 0.4.0-1. I think this is just default browser behaviour, so I'm going to close the issue.
