This is kind of a bug fix in that for the hash to be useful for metric reporting we need it to include the name and location (not just the sql).

Apologies, this could be a breaking change for people using the sqlHash property of the metric API. Yes, I'm being a bit naughty here. Get in touch if this doesn't work for you for some reason.
