ReCAP: transcriptome re-assembly by CAP3/Newbler with consistent placement of paired-end reads.

This branch contains scripts used to assemble M. lignano transcriptome MLRNA150904.

For general usage, some code adjustment will be required to reflect particular cluster environment and data types.
